“女子以肝为先天”理论及临床应用

摘要

叶天士提出“女子以肝为先天”，强调了肝在妇科疾病防治中的重要意义。女子以肝为先天与肝主藏血、肝主疏泄的关系密切相关。女子以血为根本，肝主藏血正常则女子经、带、产、乳才能正常；肝主疏泄对于女子精神情志、气血运行、生殖机能有着重要的调节作用；肝肾同源与肝与冲任二脉之间的关系是女子以肝为先天的基础。深入探讨“女子以肝为先天”的理论和临床意义，对妇科疾病的防治有一定的借鉴作用。%YE Tianshi emphasized the significance of liver in the prevention and treatment of women diseases by advo-cating the theory that“base of women lies in liver”. It is closely related with the theory of liver stores blood and liver governs conveyance and dispersion. Blood is the fundamental of women,menstruation,leucorrhea,pregnancy and fertility can be normal with the function of liver stores blood is regular;theory of liver governs conveyance and disper-sion adjust the spirit of emotional,circulation of qi - blood and reproductive function of women. Liver and kidney share the same origin and the relationship between liver and Chong,Ren Channels is fundamental of the theory“base of women lies in liver”. Study of theory and clinic significance of“base of women lies in liver”and providing refer-ence to the prevention and treatment of gynecology.
