Objective To explore the clinical treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Se-lect 60 patients,divided into 2 groups,western medicine group and control group,30 cases only with active immune therapy;integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group 30 cases,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group on the basis of western medicine treatment with Chinese medicine internal and acupoint sticking therapy. Results Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group closed anti-body positive rate was 83. 33% ,the pregnancy success rate by 86. 67% ;the western medicine group closed antibody positive rate was 66. 67% ,pregnancy success rate of 60% . Between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of unknown cause irreversi-ble spontaneous abortion,can improve symptoms,enhance the body's immune function,improve the pelvic cavity envi-ronment,and promote the uterine blood supply,to improve the curative effect of URSA.%目的：探讨原因不明复性自然流产（URSA）的临床治疗方案。方法选择60例患者，分为2组，西医组30例，单纯采用主动免疫治疗法；中西医综合治疗组30例，中西医综合治疗组在西医组治疗基础上加中医内服加穴位贴敷疗法。结果中西医综合治疗组封闭抗体转阳率83.33%，妊娠成功率86.67%；西医组封闭抗体转阳率66.67%，妊娠成功率60%。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论中西医综合治疗原因不明复发性自然流产，可改善患者症状，增强机体免疫功能，改善盆腔内环境，促进子宫血供，有利于提高URSA的疗效。
