王应麟教授治疗小儿厌食

摘要

王应麟教授认为，小儿厌食有先天及后天因素所致。小儿生理特点为“脏腑娇嫩、形气未充”“脾常不足”，后天喂养不当，或者久病伤脾均会导致厌食。主要责之脾胃，又与肾脏、肺脏有密切的关系，主要证型为脾胃不和。王师治疗小儿厌食的经验方“厌食合剂”，由黄精、茯苓、佛手、木瓜、砂仁5味基础药组成，并随病情转归加减，随症配伍，具有调理脾胃、消食导滞、健脾益肾的功效，可以改善小儿厌食，增强患儿体质。%According to Professor WANG Yinglin ,infantile anorexia could be attributed to both congenital factors and ac-quired factors which are usually closely associated with spleen and stomach as well as organs like kidney and lung with the most commonly observed syndrome as disharmony between stomach and spleen .Infantile physiology characteristic“delicate viscera and qi insufficient”“spleen is often insufficient”inadequately fed and the injury of spleen were long illness can lead to anorexia .Professor Wang has achieved remarkable curative effects using his prescription“Yan Shi He Ji” based on the TCM principles of regulating spleen and stomach ,promoting digestion and dredging stagnation ,invigorating spleen and nour-ishing kidney .The party is composed of Rhizoma Polygonati ,Poria ,Bergamot ,Papaya ,Amomum five based drugs ,and with the prognosis of addition and subtraction ,compatibility with disease .It has regulating spleen and stomach ,relieving dyspepsi-a ,tonifying spleen and kidney ,can improvement of infantile anorexia ,improve children with physical fitness .
