Based on morphological traits .the diversity of two morphological traits were studied using two populations of Hip-pochaete hyemale L and Equisetum ramosissimum Desf .The results showed that genetic diversity indexes of Hippochaete hye-male L and Equisetum ramosissimum Desf respectively were 2 .015 and 1 .959 .The genetic diversity within populations were higher (97 .77% ,97 .60% )than that of among populations (2 .23% ,2 .40% );and the diversity indexes in different sam-pling strategies increased along with the increasing of plant number .The diversity indexes both of them were the highest when the sample number was 26 .All together ,the wild investigation and conservation of Hippochaete hyemale L and Equise-tum ramosissimum Desf should be based on population as a unit and the genetic diversity of populations .%以木贼科木贼和节节草为材料,对形态学性状进行多样性分析,结果表明,木贼科木贼居群与节节草居群的总遗传多样性指数均较高,分别为2.015、1.959,遗传多样性主要集中于居群内(97.77%、97.60%),而居群间遗传变异(2.23%、2.40%)较小;在不同取样梯度下木贼与节节草遗传多样性指数均随取样数目的增加呈增大趋势,当取样数目达到26株时,遗传多样性指数均达到最高值。结果表明,木贼科植物木贼与节节草在野外调查、收集时,应以居群为单位,且每一居群至少调查、收集26个单株,才能代表居群的遗传多样性。
