目的 探讨柏子养心汤加减治疗中老年围绝经期失眠症临床效果,以期提高疗效.方法 选取2011年6月-2015年6月124例中老年围绝经期失眠症患者为研究对象,分成2组,对照组63例,予西医治疗,观察组63例,辅助柏子养心汤加减治疗,观察治疗后在临床疗效和相关指标变化情况.结果 疗效上,对照组临床痊愈率26.99%、总有效率77.78%,观察组临床痊愈率44.44%、总有效率93.65%,痊愈率和总有效率观察组显著高于对照组,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后在性激素指标FSH、LH、E2和睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍、总分较治疗前均显著下降,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗后以上指标比对照组治疗后下降更加显著,2组治疗后比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论 柏子养心汤加减治疗中老年围绝经期失眠症以益气养阴,滋阴安神为治疗原则.%Objective To investigate clinical effects of Baiziyangxin decoction for treatment of the elderly menopause insomnia, to improve the efficacy. Methods 124 elderly perimenopausal insomnia patients from June 2011to June 2015 were enrolled in this study, divided into two groups, 63 cases of control group were treated with western medicine treatment, 63 cases of observation group were treated with the auxiliary Baiziyangxin decoction treatment,observed post-treatment clinical efficacy and related indicators. Results From the efficacy, the clinical cure rate of the control group was 26.99%, the total efficiency was 77.78%, clinical cure rate of observation group was 44.44%, the total efficiency was 93.65%, the cure rate and the total effective of observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the hormone index FSH, LH, E2 and sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction score decreased significantly than before, which were significantly different (P <0.05), the above indicators of control group decreased more significantly after treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Baiziyangxin decoction for treatment of the elderly perimenopausal insomnia was significant, replenishing qi and nourishing yin quieting the spirit were its treatment principles.
