Objective To observe the degree of headache, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of migraine patients without aura treated with Lixu Qufeng Tongluo prescription. Methods 60 migraine without aura patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Chinese medicine group of 32 cases were treated with Lixu Qufeng Tongluo prescription, the western medicine group of 28 cases treated with sibelium. Results After treatment, the improvement of headache frequency in TCM group was better than that in western medicine group (P <0.05). The improvement of headache intensity in traditional Chinese medicine group was similar to that of western medicine group (P >0.05).Conclusion Lixu Qufeng Tongluo prescription in the treatment of migraine without aura is better than the routine treatment of western medicine sibelium.%目的 观察祛风通络理虚方治疗无先兆性偏头痛患者头痛程度、临床疗效与不良反应发生情况.方法 入组无先兆偏头痛患者60例,随机分为2组.中药组32例予理虚祛风通络方、西药组28例予西比灵.治疗4周,判定疗效.结果 治疗后,中药组头痛次数改善优于西药组(P<0.05).中药组对头痛强度的改善与西药组相仿(P>0.05);中、西药组总有效率、临床治愈率、显效率,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且中药组治疗显效率优于西药组(P<0.05).结论 理虚祛风通络方治疗无先兆偏头痛优于西药西比灵常规治疗方案.
