穴位埋线配合心理干预治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后抑郁状态

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with psychological intervention on depressive state of gynecologic malignant tumors after operation. Methods 78 patients with gynecological malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group of 39 cases and control group of 39 cases. Treatment group received acupoint catgut embedding therapy (Shangxing, Shenmai, Fenglong, Sanyinjiao, Ganshu ) with psychological intervention treatment; the control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets, every morning 10 mg orally. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 87.50%, total efficiency 72.50% in the control group, two groups total efficiency was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the treatment group and control group, HAMD scale score were12.26±4.69, 18.86±5.27, compared with significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment in two groups of physiological functions, overall health, vitality, social functioning, mental health integral, the difference between the significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with psychological intervention can effectively relieve patients with cognitive disorders, depression and psychosomatic symptoms. Obviously improve the quality of life.%目的 观察穴位埋线配合心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤术后抑郁状态的影响.方法 将78例疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后抑郁状态患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组给予穴位埋线(上星、申脉、丰隆、三阴交、肝俞)配合心理干预治疗;对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片,每次早上10 mg口服.结果 治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率72.50%,2组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组患者HAMD量表积分分别位(12.26±4.69)分、(18.86±5.27)分,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、精神健康方面积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 穴位埋线配合心理干预可以有效的缓解患者的认知障碍、抑郁状态及心身症状,明显提高其生活质量.
