针刺结合加味柏子仁丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征72例

摘要

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs Baiziren pill in the treatment of PCOS.Methods 72 cases of PCOS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 36 case.The patients in treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs Baiziren pill that has the effects of tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow.The patients in control group were treated with Diane-35 (Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets).The changes of serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) in the two groups were detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67％,the effective rate of control group was 83.33％ (P ＜ 0.05).Serum levels of LH and T were remarkably decreased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs Baiziren pill on PCOS is significant.%目的 观察针刺结合加味柏子仁丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCos)的临床疗效.方法 将72例PCOS患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,各36例,治疗组予针刺结合补肾化痰、活血调经中药加味柏子仁丸治疗,对照组予达英-35口服,观察临床疗效.比较各组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)治疗前后的变化.结果 治疗组总有效率为91.67％,对照组为83.33％,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).2组患者LH、T水平升高,治疗后均显著下降(P＜0.05).结论 针刺结合加味柏子仁丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著.
