'典型—非典型—变化'模式下的《金匮要略》黄疸病诊治思路分析

摘要

为进一步丰富《金匮要略》的诊治思路和体系,并为中医临床和中医学习提供新的思维方法,今尝试应用"典型—非典型—变化"的新模式来分析《金匮要略》黄疸病篇原文,探索其诊治疾病的思路及思考的重点.结论认为,用这一模式来分析《金匮要略》黄疸病诊治思路是十分恰当的,也更贴合原著的旨意,其诊治思路可以拆分为典型、非典型和变化3个步骤.明确这个问题,无论对于黄疸病诊治规律、《金匮要略》疾病诊治思维、还是辨证论治思维研究均有积极意义.%In order to enrich the thinking and system of diagnosis and treatment of Synopsis of Golden Chamber, and to provide a new method for the practice and study of Chinese medicine, now manages to use the new model of"typical-atypical-change"to analyse the text of chapter Jaundic of Synopsis of Golden Chamber to explore the thinking of the diagnosis and treatment. In conclusion, using this model to analyze the thinking of the diagnosis and treatment of jaundice in Synopsis of Golden Chamber is appropriate,also more fitting the original will.The thinking process can be divided into three steps which are called typical, atypical and metatypical. Clarifying this problem is of great significance for the research of the diagnosis and treatment of jaundice, the process of diagnosis and treatment of Synopsis of Golden Chamber and the research on the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
