南征教授应用解毒通络益肾导邪法治疗消渴肾衰

摘要

目的 观察南征教授运用解毒通络益肾导邪法治疗消渴肾衰的临床疗效.方法 将81例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组.治疗组在常规治疗基础上以解毒通络益肾导邪为大法治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予海坤肾喜胶囊和黄葵胶囊治疗.4周为个1个疗程,共2个疗程,观察治疗组与对照组的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、血尿酸(UA)、血肌酐(SCr)、24h尿蛋白定量改变情况.结果 2个疗程后,治疗组治疗有效率为78.43％,对照组的治疗有效率为56.67％,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 运用南征教授解毒通络益肾导邪法治疗消渴肾衰能改善症状,降低空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与血肌酐,清除蛋白尿.%Objective To observe the curative effect of detoxifying and dredging collaterals and kidney -benefiting and pathogenic guiding therapy in the treatment of the diabetic renal failure.Methods 81 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.
