基于网格化的永安市数字城管部件普查技术实现

摘要

本文结合永安市数字城管项目中的部件普查项目实施过程，简要的叙述了网格划分、部件普查、数据建库、地理编码普查、手册编制和质量检查技术内容，重点介绍了部件普查的流程和经验体会。%Based on the implementation process of component survey of Yong’an digital city management project, gives a brief description of the meshing, components census, database, geocoding census, manual compile and quality inspection technology, and introduces the process and experience of components census.
