Q460GJC高层建筑用钢焊接性能研究

         

摘要

The welding process test is made for the high-rise building steel grade Q460GJC which is produced by Xinyu Steel, and welding performance is known.First,making Y-groove cracking test to determine the preheating temperature for Q460GJC steel, and then tests at the welded joints are carried out.Mechanical properties and microstructure are observed and analyzed after welded.The results show that Q460GJC steel have strong crack resistance and preheatinng is not needed before welding.Grains are coarse in the overheat region of heat affected zone with high hardness, but no quench hardening organization appears.Comprehensive mechanical performance at heat affected zone are sound.%对新钢生产的Q460GJC钢进行焊接工艺试验,了解460 MPa级高层建筑用钢焊接性能.首先对Q460GJC钢进行斜Y型抗裂性试验,确定预热温度,然后进行埋弧焊对接试验,再对焊后Q460GJC钢进行焊接接头力学性能试验及金相组织观察分析.结果表明:Q460GJC钢抗裂性较好,焊前可不进行预热;热影响区过热区晶粒粗大,硬度较高,但没有出现淬硬组织,热影响区综合力学性能良好.
