Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous infusion of azithromycin in treatment of children with gas-trointestinal reaction. Methods 98 children with mycoplasma pneumonia under azithromycin treatment were selected. They were randomly divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (n=49 cases),control group only intravenous infusion of azithromycin,observation group intravenous infusion of azithromycin before 30-40min oral montmorillonite powder,the effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.9%) was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group (81.6%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2=10.72,P<0.05). Two groups of patients with cough disappeared time,cooling time,and pulmonary rales disappearance time difference was not statistically sig-nificant (P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group rate was 4.08%(2/49),no severe adverse reaction oc-curred in 1 case,in the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 18.37% 9/49,occurred in 2 cases of severe ad-verse reactions were forced to stop drug,adverse reaction between groups occurred rate difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion To take azithromycin treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and treatment of oral mont-morillonite powder can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,improve the therapeutic effect,is worthy of clini-cal application.%目的：观察蒙脱石散防治小儿静脉滴注阿奇霉素胃肠道反应的临床疗效。方法选取阿奇霉素治疗的98例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法，分为对照组（n=49例）和观察组（n=49例），两组均采用静脉滴注和口服阿奇霉素治疗，观察组静脉滴注阿奇霉素前30-40min口服蒙脱石散治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗的总有效率（95.9%）明显高于对照组（81.6%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.72，P<0.05）。两组患者咳嗽消失时间、退热时间及肺部啰音消失时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为4.08%（2/49），无1例发生重度不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为18.37%（9/49），有2例发生重度不良反应，均被迫停药，组间不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对采取阿奇霉素治疗的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿，治疗前口服蒙脱石散可减少胃肠道不良反应的发生，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
