以树龄20 a以上的檫木基部萌条为外植体,对其进行诱导试验,增殖培养及生根培养试验,结果表明,诱导培养MS＋6-BA 0.5～1.0 mg/L＋IBA 0.1 mg/L,诱导率78%,增殖培养MS＋6-BA 0.5～0.8 mg/L＋IBA 0.1 mg/L,增殖倍数4,生根培养1/2 MS＋IAA 0.1～0.2 mg/L,生根率33%。%Tissue culture of the Sassafras tzumu Hemsl was tested,the result shows that the induction rate could reach 78 %,with the media MS ＋ 6-BA 0.5 ～ 1.0 mg/L ＋ IBA 0.1 mg/L;proliferation multiple 4,with the media MS ＋ 6-BA 0.5 ～ 0.8 mg/L ＋ IBA 0.1 mg/L;rooting rate 33 %,with the media 1/2 MS ＋ IAA 0.1 ～ 0.2 mg/L.
