湿地松皮层横割采脂技术研究

     

摘要

In this paper,a new upward resin tapping technology of Pinus elliottii with cortical horizontal streaks was studied.Using this technology,Xylem was not injured and cutting frequency was cutting once for 16 d.So this technology can protect pine forest resources better and greatly improve worker's labor productivity of resin tapping.Through the test,two reagents for more resin was screened out,which had a significant effect and being satisfied with resin tapping situation of China.The resin yield of resin tapping technology than with cortical horizontal streaks,by using reagents for more resin and pretreatment with methyl jasmonate before resin tapping,was 85%~88% of conventional resin tapping technology.Meanwhile,compound method of reagents for more resin,vessel of pesticide application,collecting material and method of resin were studied.By comprehensive analysis,this technology has more ecological benefits,social benefits and economic benefits in the long run.%通过研究认为,湿地松皮层横割采脂技术采割不伤及木质部,采割频率由现行常规采脂2天一刀降为16天一刀,较好地保护了松林资源,大大提高了劳动效率。通过对比试验研究筛选出2种该技术所需的适合我国松脂林采割情况的促脂剂,施用促脂剂配合茉莉酸甲酯预处理皮层横割采脂,产脂量可达常规采脂的85%~88%,同时笔者还对促脂剂的配制方法、施药的容器、松脂收集材料及方法等进行了研究。通过综合分析,该项技术从长远来看有较大的生态、社会和经济效益。
