浅谈棠浦煤矿易自燃急倾斜煤层的开采

摘要

Mining method of ＂Tianyan＂ block raise and traditional wood supporting of ＂Two Board,Four Pillar＂ have been used since the establishment of Tangpu Colliery,which led to unstable production and continuous accidents.Since the reform in 2009,in order to reverse this passive situation,By reforming roadway layout,changing fire prevention and extinguishing grouting measure,applying false-inclined flexible shield,operation risk has been eliminated with reduced cost and increased production quantity.%棠浦煤矿自建矿以来,一直采用＂天眼＂盘木上山及传统的＂两板四柱＂木支护采煤方法采煤,产量不稳定,大小事故不断,工作面经常因煤层自燃发火被迫封闭,安全状况很不理想。2009年改制以后,棠浦煤业为扭转这一被动局面,通过改革巷道布置,改变防灭火注浆措施,采用伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采煤,消灭了微风作业,降低了成本,提高了产量。
