中空注浆锚索技术在朱集西煤矿的应用

摘要

Aiming at the phenomenon of broken surrounding rock of outside sump, obvious roadway pressure, serious floor heave, sinking roof, section shrinkage and repeated repairing in Zhujixi Colliery, the paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of broken roadway, describes the application of grouted hollow anchor bar in out- side sump, using bar of locks preload and fix anchor ends to realize bolting integration, which improves the ca- pacity of bar and supporting effects, reduces the convergence from both sides, roof and floor, controls roof deep leaving layer and saves the costs of second support and supplement support.%针对朱集西煤矿外水仓巷道因围岩较破碎，巷道压力显现明显，造成巷道严重底鼓、顶板下沉、巷道全断面内缩、反复修护的现象，分析巷道破坏特征及原因，简述了中空注浆锚索在外水仓的应用，利用锚索锁具预紧、端头锚固，实现了锚注一体，提高了锚索的承载力和支护效果。通过中空注浆锚索加固后，使巷道两帮和顶底板移近量明显减小，顶板深部离层得到了有效控制，节约了用于二次支护和补强支护的成本。
