竖井多绳摩擦轮提升机升级改造与应用

依托科技创新，及时对主井竖井摩擦轮提升机进行技术改造，将塔式多绳摩擦轮提升机升级改造为落地式多绳摩擦轮提升机，加大箕斗容量，提高运行速度，提高提升能力，打造煤矸一体化提升高效创新生产模式，实现主提煤矸一体化连续提升，彻底解放副井的排矸，消除设备隐患，提高提升机运行可靠性，具有较大安全效果和经济效益，实现了矿井可持续发展。%The paper introduces the upgrading of friction hoist by transforming the tower -type multi-rope fric-tion hoist into ground type to build an efficient and creative production mode of coal -and -refuse integrated hoist with increased skip capacity ,running speed and hoisting capacity ,which liberates the auxiliary shaft thor-oughly in refuse exhaustion ,eliminates the hidden dangers of equipment and enhances the hoist operation relia-bility with great safe and economic benefit .
