金庄矿特厚煤层回采巷道支护参数优化

             

摘要

针对金庄矿特厚煤层回采巷道支护参数优化问题,采用声波探测方法确定了回采巷道松动圈范围,并参考类似条件巷道支护参数,制定了初步支护方案。通过对工作面回采过程中巷道力学响应的观测,发现该支护方案顶板支护参数偏于保守,而两帮支护需要增加,进而优化了支护方案。优化后的支护方案用于后续工作面时,在经受两次采动影响时依然能够完全满足安全生产需要,又节约了成本,取得了较好的技术经济效果。%Aiming at the support parameter optimization of gateway with special thick coal seam in Jinzhuang Col‐liery ,the paper presents the initial support scheme by determining the scope of broken zone in gateway with a‐coustic detection method and consulting the roadway support parameter with similar condition ,which has been optimized to meet the need for safety production and cost -saving and obtain good technical economic efficiency according to the observation of roadway mechanical response on coal face due to the conservative support param ‐eter .
