低透气性强突出煤层的瓦斯防治技术研究

摘要

祁东煤矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井，特别是9煤层，实测瓦斯压力高达3.3 M Pa ，突出十分严重，属强突出煤层。为安全施工，消除突出给施工带来的危害，通过开采解放层及对本煤层实施穿层钻孔瓦斯抽放，消除突出危害，保证了后期掘进与采煤的施工安全。%In view of the safety construction in Qidong colliery with measured gas pressure of 3 .3 MPa in No .9 coal seam ,the paper suggests the gas drainage with drilling through beds by mining liberated layer to eliminate the outburst hazards and realize the construction safety in the late tunneling and mining .
