基于故障树（FTA）的采煤机调高故障分析

摘要

Coal winning machine in the process of operation ,higher system often fail .This paper analyzes the fail‐ure of coal winning machine to raise the main types and reasons .According to the analysis result ,established by the five logic or gate and 9 of bottom events of the fault tree ,by means of fault tree qualitative and quantitative a‐nalysis ,the conclusion is obtained:all the cause of the problem may result in higher independent system failure , failure rate is about 13 .3% .Put forward some targeted solutions ,in the fault diagnosis and maintenance and ma‐intenance to provide guidance ,improve the reliability of equipment .%采煤机在运行过程中，调高系统经常会出现故障。本文分析了采煤机调高故障的主要故障种类和原因，根据分析结果，建立了由5个逻辑或门和9个底事件所构成的故障树，通过对故障树的定性和定量分析，得出了结论：各故障原因都可能独立导致调高系统故障，故障率约为13．3％。提出了一些具有针对性的方案，在故障判断、检修和维护提供指导，提高设备的可靠性。
