提升地市级农业科研气象服务能力的探讨

摘要

Based on expounding the main tasks of the scientific research in prefecture-level agricultural research in-stitutions and needs of the meteorological service, tasks and the status quo of the meteorological service were analyzed, and the measures to enhance the meteo-rological service capacity of agricultural research were summarized. Finally the bilateral cooperation mechanisms and modalities were discussed.%在阐述了地市级农业科研单位科研的主要任务及气象服务需求的基础上，分析了气象服务的任务及现状，并总结了提升农业科研气象服务能力的措施，最后探讨了双方的合作机制和方式。
