2.5咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂防治西兰花根腐病药效研究

摘要

[目的]预防西兰花根腐病等土传病害的发生，提高种植经济效益。[方法]进行2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂不同梯度防治西兰花根腐病药效试验，以25 g/L咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂作为对照。[结果]2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂拌种对西兰花根腐病有一定的防治效果，其药效随用药剂量的加大而上升，其中2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂1750 mg/kg的防效达60.40%，与对照药剂25 g/L咯菌腈FS 3750 mg/kg的防效相当，且对西兰花出苗、植株长势等无明显不良影响，安全性较好。[结论]该种衣剂可以在生产上加以推广应用。%[Objectve]The aim was to pre-vent broccoli root rot disease and im-prove economic effectiveness.[Method] Disease controlling test was carried out by different concentration of 2.5% flu-dioxonilFS.[Result]Field efficacy trials indicated that 2.5% fludioxonil FS had good effect on controlling broccoli root rot.Disease preventing efficiency growed with dose increase, with efficiencies up to 60.40%(1 750 m g/kg), which had no significant differences with CK(fludiox-onil 25 g/L FS, 3 750 m g/kg). In addi-tion, 2.5% fludioxonil FS show ed excel-lentsafety to seedings.[Conclusion]A re-gionalapplication could be developed.
