海绵城市建设背景下高亢岗地水利综合治理模式研究

摘要

On the background of sponge city construction,taking Southwest Mound area as an exam-ple,this paper carries out study on comprehensive treatment mode of water conservancy at high mounds.Combing the topographic condition and the feature of water resource at Southwest Mound area, it puts forward treatment modes including dredging existing dams and reservoirs,strengthening them to retain surface water adequately,replacing and transforming pumping stations and strengthening back-bone channels,which ensure the irrigation and environment water use at Southwest Mound area,so as to provide references for comprehensive treatment at similar high mounds.%在“海绵城市”建设大背景下，以西南岗地区为例，开展了高亢岗地水利综合治理模式研究。结合西南岗地区地形条件和水资源特点，提出了进行农业结构调整，对现有塘坝和水库进行拓浚、加固以充分拦蓄地表水，更新改造提水泵站、加固骨干渠道等水利综合治理模式，从而保证西南岗地区的灌溉和生态环境用水，旨在为其他同类高亢岗地综合治理提供参考。
