智能印花在精纺面料上的应用

摘要

In this paper, we introduce the application of intelligent thermochromic printing technology in worsted fabric. Through the theoretical research and the production practice of the raw material selection, yarn and process design, fabric specification and process design, and the dyeing and finishing process design, and combined with the evaluation of the printing product style and physical performance, we successfully developed an intelligent thermochromic printing worsted fabric; and give the main production technology and technical key point in each working procedure.%介绍了一种智能感温变色印花在精纺面料上的应用.通过对印花底布的原料选择、纱线设计与纺制、织物规格与工艺设计、染整工艺设计等方面的理论研究及生产实践探讨,结合印花成品的风格与物理性能的评价,成功开发了一款智能感温变色印花精纺面料;并给出了各道工序的主要生产工艺与技术要点.
