胃癌组织中SEL1L和c-erbB-2的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of human sel-1-like (SEL1L) and c-erbB-2 protein in gastric career. Methods Immuno-histochemical method was used to detect the expressions of SEL1L gene and c-erbB-2 protein in 96 cases of gastric career. Results The positive expresstion rate of SEL1L protein in gastric career was 84. 4%,which was closely correlated with differentiation degrees of gastric career (P<0. 05), but not with age, sex, the size of gastric cancer, tumor infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stages (P>0. 05). The positive expresstion rate of c-erbB-2 protein was 70. 8% in gastric career, which was closely correlated with differentiation degrees of gastric career, tumor infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(P<0. 05),but not with age, sex and the size of gastric cancer(P>0. 05). The expression of SEL1L was positively correlated to that of c-erbB-2 in gastric career (r=0. 568,P<0. 01). Conclusion SEL1L gene and c-erbBr2 protein are highly expressed in gastric career. Combined detection of SEL1L and c-erbB-2 expressions in gastric cancer may be taken as a biomarker in evaluating the risk factor for gastric cancer.%目的 探讨人sel-1样(SEL1L)基因和癌基因c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化方法检测SEL1L和c-erbB-2在96例胃癌组织中的表达.结果 胃癌组织中SEL1L基因的阳性表达率为84.4％ (81/96);其表达与胃癌组织的分化程度显著相关(P=0.001),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期无关(P＞0.05).c-erbB-2的阳性表达率为70.8％(68/96);其表达与胃癌组织的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关(P=0.002,P＜0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P＞0.05).SEL1L和c-erbB-2的表达显著正相关(r=0.568,P＜0.01).结论 SEL1L和c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中均有较高表达;联合检测SEL1L基因和c-erbB-2可作为识别胃癌高风险患者的生物标记物.
