目的 探讨女性生殖道发育异常应用MRI检查的相关扫描技术.方法 回顾性分析17例子宫阴道先天性畸形的临床和MRI检查资料,评价扫描序列和扫描方位合理组合的意义.结果 清晰显示先天性子宫阴道未发育1例,单角子宫1例,单纯双子宫1例,阴道斜隔综合征3例,双角子宫2例,完全型纵隔子宫4例,复合畸形1例,鞍型子宫2例,处女膜闭锁2例.结论 根据子宫阴道先天性畸形的具体类型合理组合扫描序列和扫描方位对女性生殖道发育异常的满意显示和准确诊断至关重要.%Objective To investigate the MRI scan techniques in the diagnosis of uterovaginal anomalies. Methods Data of MRI examnations in 17 cases with uterovaginal anomalies were analyzed retrospectively. The pulse sequence and scan orientation of MRI in the diagnosis of uterovaginal anomalies were evaluated. Results The uterovaginal anomalies clearly demonstrated on MRI were agenesis of uterus and vagina in 1 case, unicornuate uterus in 1 case, simple didelphys in 1 case, congenital oblique vaginal septum syndrome in 3 cases, bicornuate uterus in 2 cases, complete septate uterus in 4 cases,complex malformation in 1 case,arcuate uterus in 2 cases,and obstructed hymen in 2 cases. Conclusion The key point for making an accurate diagnosis of uterovaginal anomalies is to select pulse sequence and scan orientation reasonablely according to the type of uterovaginal anomalies.
