腰椎间盘退变组织中P-p38MAPK的表达

摘要

目的 探讨腰退变椎间盘组织中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(P-p38 MAPK)的表达.万法 应用免疫组织化学方法和ELISA检测10例正常腰椎间盘组织和30例腰退变椎间盘组织中P-p38MAPK的表达量.结果 腰退变椎间盘组织中P-p38MAPK的表达量明显高于正常腰椎间盘组织[(0.657±0.086) μg/L vs.(0.165±0.024)tg/L](P＜0.05).结论 退变椎间盘中P-p38 MAPK含量明显高于正常椎间盘组织,提示其可能参与了腰椎间盘的退变过程.%Objective To study the expression of P-p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(P-p38 MAPK) in the degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods The expression levels of P-p38 MAPK in the degenerated(30 cases) and normal(10 cases) lumbar intervertebral disc tissues were detected with immunohistochemistry and ELISA method. Results The expression of P-p38 MAPK was higher in the degenerated intervertebral disc than that in the normal intervertebral disc[(0. 657± 0. 086) μg/L vs. (0.165±0. 024) μg/L](P<0. 05). Conclusion The expression of P-p38 MAPK is higher in the degenerated intervertebral disc than that in the normal intervertebral disc, indicating that P-p38 MAPK may participate in the development of degeneration of the intervertebral disc.
