射频双电极针平行错位排列蛋清热凝物形态分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the heat-lesion produced by parallel misalignment of bipolar radiofrequency. Methods Egg white was used as a protein medium. A pair of 20 G 5 mm Baylis radionics cannulae was submerged in the egg white and secured in different intervals of 4,8,12 mm with different parallel misalignments of 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 and 10 mm. The radiofrequency thermocoagulation at 90℃ lasted for 180 seconds, which was repeated for 5 times. The progress of thermoset formation was photographed and analyzed. Results Under the same experimental condition, a continuous strip thermoset was formed in all tests except for the interval of 10 mm and parallel misalignment 12 mm. As the interval of bipolar increased, the final thermoset area of each group distance was increased proportionally,but the final maximal wedth and longth of the thermoset outside cannulae were not increased. Conclusion With the parallel misalignment of radionics cannulae in the certain intervals,bipolar radiofrequency can create proportional continuous strip lesions without the changes of final wedth and longth of the thermoset outside cannulae.%目的 观察双极射频模式下电极针工作端平行错位排列形成热凝物的形态.方法 选 择可视性好的鸡蛋清作为热凝介质,选用20G 5 mm工作端的成对Baylis射频电极针在双极射频模式下,间距4、8、12mm时错位0、2.5、5.0、7.5、10 mm平行排列,均给予90℃180 s的射频热凝,重复5次.对形成的热凝物表面形态摄像记录和图像数据分析.结果 在相同的实验条件下,除外间距10 mm和电极针工作端平行错位12mm,其余都可形成带状热凝物.热凝物面积随电极间距及错位距离增大而增大,但热凝物最大宽度及电极外侧热凝物最大长度未有相应变化.结论 在射频双电极针工作端等位平行排列形成带状热凝物有效距离内,增大工作端错位平行排列距离可增大形成带状热凝物的面积;而热凝物最大宽度、电极外侧热凝物最大长度并不明显增加.
