改良ProSeal喉罩在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的应用

摘要

目的 比较改良ProSeal喉罩和改良普通喉罩在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中气道管理的效果.方法 94例行无痛纤维支气管镜检查的患者随机均分成两组,分别采用改良ProSeal喉罩(P组)和改良普通喉罩(C组)进行气道管理.记录并比较两组喉罩通气效果、纤支镜评分、气道封闭压和并发症.结果 两组患者的喉罩插入时间、围喉罩插入期的收缩压、舒张压和心率差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).P组的喉罩通气优良率、纤支镜评分和气道密封压均明显高于C组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),并发症也明显少于C组(P＜0.05).结论 与普通喉罩比较,改良ProSeal喉罩通气技术具有气密性和通气效果好、并发症少等优势.%Objective To compare the outcomes of ventilation with modified ProSeal laryngeal mesk airway and modified common laryngeal mask airway in the patients undergoing bronchofiberscopy under anesthesia. Methods Ninty-four adult patients undergoing bronchofiberscopy were randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases each, who were ventilated with modified ProSeal laryngeal mask airway (group P) and modified common laryngeal mask airway (group C). The effectiveness of ventilation, score of bronchofiberscopy and seal pressure of laryngeal mask airway and complications were observed and compared between two grops. Results Blood pressure and heart rate were all stable during insertion of laryngeal mask airway in both groups. The excellence rate, score of bronchofiberscopy and seal pressure of laryngeal mask airway were all higher, but the postoperative complications were lower, in group P than those in group C (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion Compared to common laryngeal mask airway, ProSeal laryngeal mask airway has the advantages of better effectiveness of ventilation,seal of airway,and less postoperative complications.
