目的：探讨帕金森病（PD）患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与临床特征的关系。方法检测PD患者（PD组，52例）和健康体检者（对照组，62例）血浆 Hcy浓度，分析 PD患者血浆 Hcy水平与性别、年龄的关系。结果 PD组血浆 Hcy高于对照组[（16.24±6.70）μmol／L vs ．（13.83±5.40）μmol／L]（P＜0．05）。PD组男性 Hcy水平高于女性[（18.34±6.63）μmol／L vs ．（14.44±6.32）μmol／L]（P＜0．05）。结论血浆 Hcy升高可能是帕金森病的危险因素之一，其水平与 PD患者性别、年龄有关。%Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine(Hcy) level and clinical characteristics of the patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD) .Methods Plasma Hcy was detected in 52 PD cases(group PD) and 62 healthy people(group C) .The correlation between plasma Hcy level and clinical characteristics was analyzed .Results Plasma level of Hcy in group PD was significantly higher than that in group C [(16.24 ± 6.70) μmol/L vs .(13.83 ± 5.40) μmol/L] (P<0 .05) ,which in group PD was higher in male than that in female [(18.34 ± 6.63)μmol/L vs . (14.44 ± 6.32)μmol/L](P<0 .05) .Conclusion Higher plasma level of Hcy may be one of the risk factors for PD ,which is related with gender and age in PD .
