奥司他韦联合热毒宁治疗儿童流行性感冒的疗效

摘要

目的 探讨奥司他韦联合热毒宁治疗儿童流行性感冒(流感)的疗效.方法 130例流感患儿随机均分为两组:对照组采用热毒宁治疗;观察组采用热毒宁加奥司他韦治疗.比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状持续时间及细胞因子变化情况.结果 观察组显效率和总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿发热、鼻塞、肌肉酸痛、流涕及头痛持续时间均较对照组短(P<0.05),两组患儿咳嗽持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).与治疗前比较,两组治疗后IL-8升高,IFN-γ降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组变化更明显(P<0.05).结论 与单用热毒宁比较,奥司他韦与热毒宁联合治疗儿童流感疗效更好,症状改善较快.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of oseltamivir combined with reduning on influenza of children.Methods A total of 130 children with influenza was randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with oseltamivir combined with reduning and group B was treated with reduning alone.The efficacy,symptoms-persisted time and changes of cytokines were compared between two groups.Results The obvious effectiveness rate and overall effectiveness rate were higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The symptoms-persisted time of fever,nasal congestion, muscle aches,runny nose and headache was shorter in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptoms-persisted time of cough between two groups(P>0.05). The level of IL-8 was higher and IFN-γ was lower after treatment than those before,which were obvious in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to reduning alone, treating influenza of children with combined use of oseltamivir and reduning has better clinical efficacy and quicker improvement of the symptoms.
