长链非编码RNA HULC在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 研究肝癌高表达长链非编码RNA(lncRNA HULC)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR检测lncRNA HULC在42例结直肠癌组织和对应癌旁正常组织中的表达水平,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系.结果 lncRNA HULC在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平高于癌旁正常组织(9.133±2.221 vs.1.000±0.000)(P<0.01).lncRNA HULC表达与肿瘤浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期和血清癌胚抗原水平有关(P<0.05).结论lncRNA HULC在结直肠癌组织中高表达,可能成为结直肠癌诊断和治疗的重要分子标记物.%Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) highly up-regulated in liver cancer(HULC) in colorectal cancer tissues.MethodsQuantitative real-time PCR was performed to testify the expression level of lncRNA HULC in 42 cases with colorectal cancer and tumor-adjacent normal tissues.The correlation between the expression of lncRNA HULC and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed.Results The expression level of lncRNA HULC in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(9.133±2.221 vs.1.000±0.000)(P<0.01).The expression level of lncRNA HULC was closely related with tumor infiltration depth,lymphatic metastasis,clinical stages and serum level of carcinoembryonic antigen(P<0.05).Conclusion lncRNA HULC is highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues,which may be taken as an important biomarker in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
