6-苄氨基嘌呤对甘蓝型油菜角果生长的影响

         

摘要

6-BA (6 Benzylaminopurine) is a kind of cytokinin, used to promote plant development. In order to further assess the contributions of 6-BA to the seed production of Brassica napus, buds of Ningyou No. 12 were treated with 6-BA at initial blooming stage, and repeated this procedure every other day for three times. All the pods were collected and measured for the agronomic traits including pod length, pod break length and width as well as pod surface area, seed dry matter, pericarp dry matter, seed number per pod, and the 1 000-seed weight, and the seed quality was determined as well. Hie results revealed that 6-BA significantly promoted the pods growth of Brassica napus at the concentrations of 0.01 ng/L, 0. 10 ng/L, 1.00 ng/L, 10.00 ng/L or 100.00 ng/L. 1.00 ng/L 6-BA treatment displayed the best promotion, with the pods length, the pod break length, pod surface area and 1 000-seed weigh being increased by 36. 38% , 101.24%, 49.50% and 51.52%, respectively. Gas chromatography (GC) and near infrared spectroscopy (MRS) showed that the quality of the seeds treated by 6-BA with different concentrations changed insignificantly.%6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)是一种细胞分裂素,在调控作物生长提高产量方面发挥着重要的作用,为进一步探明其对油菜角果的促进作用,该研究以甘篮型油菜宁油12号品种为材料,在油菜初花期用含有不同浓度细胞分裂素6-BA的处理液处理花蕾,每隔1d处理1次,共处理3次,处理完毕,套上羊皮袋以保湿、保温、保纯,浸花处理完毕1周后将羊皮袋取下.油菜角果成熟后,分别收集不同处理花序所结的全部角果,测量角果的全长、果喙长、角果宽、表面积、每角粒数、角果皮和籽粒干重、千粒重,并测定油菜籽粒品质.结果表明:浓度为0.01ng/L、0.10 ng/L、1.00 ng/L、10.00 ng/L、100.O0 ng/L 6-BA的处理均能显著地促进角果生长,其中以1.00 ng/L处理的促进效果最好,成熟角果全长、果喙长、果皮表面积及千粒重与对照(0 ng/L)相比分别提高了36.38%、101.24%、49.50%和51.52%.近红外光谱和气相色谱法分析油菜籽粒品质表明,不同浓度6-BA处理所得籽粒的品质基本没有变化.
