苏丹草叶斑病平脐蠕孢菌的生物学特性

         

摘要

In order to find the growth characteristics of Bipolaris sorghicola Alcorn and provide references for diseases control, the morphological, biological and cultural characteristics of Bipolaris sorghicola isolated from leaf spot in Sorghum sudanense were investigated. The result showed that the conidiospore of Bipolaris sorghicola could germinate at 15-40 ℃, and the optimum temperature and pH value were 25℃ and 6, respectively. The favorable for hypha germination was temperature at 15-40℃ and pH value of 4-10, and the optimum temperature and pH value were 25℃ and 8, respectively. Soluble starch and lactosum coming from C-source could promote growth of the hypha, which could be advanced by gly-cine, proline and peptone as nitrogen source as well, however, the carbamide would inhibit hypha growth. The colonial shapes of the hypha varied in culture medium with different carbon sources or nitrogen sources.%对从苏丹草叶斑病病斑上分离获得的高粱平脐蠕孢菌[Bipolaris sorghicola(Lefebvre et Sherwin)Alcorn]的形态特征、培养特性及生物学特性进行了研究,以期了解苏丹草叶斑病平脐蠕孢菌的生长发育特点,并为防治该菌引起的病害提供依据。结果表明:高粱平脐蠕孢菌分生孢子在15~40℃温度下均能萌发,最适萌发温度为25℃,最适萌发pH值为6;菌丝在15~40℃,pH值4~10范围内均能生长,最适生长温度为25℃,最适生长pH值为8;在碳源中可溶性淀粉和乳糖,氮源中甘氨酸、脯氨酸和蛋白胨对菌丝生长有促进作用;而脲等氮源对菌丝生长有抑制作用,并且在各碳源、氮源培养基上菌落形态有差异。
