Effects of two kinds of plant endophytic fungi products from ginseng and seabuckthorn(RD and SD)on the nitrogen utilization efficiency of rice Liaoxing-1 were studied by pot experiment. Before tansplanting, rice root were dipped into 250 ng/ml RD, 250 ng/ml SD, and 250 ng/ml water for 15 min, respectively. Total N content of representative plant samples at the elongation stage, heading stage and maturity stage were measured, respectively. Furthermore, N accumulation, N uptake, N periodic accumulation, N periodic absorption rate, nitrogen agronomic efficiency, and nitrogen physiological efficiency were analysized. The results showed that above six indexes in RD and SD treatments were all significantly higher than those in control. These indicated that RD and SD could promote nitrogen fertilizer absorption and utilization in rice.%采用盆栽试验,研究了人参和沙棘2种药用植物的内生真菌发酵产物(RD和SD)对辽星一号水稻品种氮肥利用率的影响.在水稻插秧前,分别用250 ng/ml RD、250 ng/ml SD、250 ng/ml水进行15 min浸根处理,于拔节期、抽穗期、成熟期各取有代表性的植株测定其全氮含量,并分别计算水稻的氮素累积量、氮素吸收总量、氮素阶段累积量、氮素阶段吸收速率、氮肥农学利用率、氮素生理利用率.研究结果表明:RD、SD处理后水稻氮素累积量、氮素吸收总量、氮素阶段累积量、氮素阶段吸收速率、氮肥农学利用率、氮素生理利用率均显著高于对照.表明2种药用植物的内生真菌发酵产物(RD和SD)能够有效地促进水稻对氮肥的吸收.
