温度对酢浆草茹叶螨生殖潜能的影响

         

摘要

The longevity,fecundity and population parameters of Tetyanychina harti (Ewing) on Oxalis corymbosa as host were studied at LD 16 ∶ 8,relative humidity of 65%.Constant temperatures were set at 24 ℃,27 ℃,30 ℃,respectively and variable temperature was set from 20 ℃ to 27 ℃ (average 24 ℃).The results showed that T.harti could lay both diapause and non-diapause eggs at variable temperature,but only lay diapause eggs at constant temperatures.At 30 ℃,the mean longevity of adult was the shortest (4.18 d),egg laying amount was the most (69.50),net reproductive rate (43.933 3) and intrinsic rate of increase (0.234 9) were the highest,population double time (2.95 d)and mean generation cycle(16.11 d)were the shortest.It indicated that the high fecundity potential and short generation cycle of the mite might lead to the outbreak of O.corymbosa.%为探明温度对酢浆草茹叶螨[Tetyanychina harti (Ewing)]生殖潜能的影响,以红花酢浆草(Oxalis corymbasa)为食料,研究该螨在恒温24℃、27℃、30℃和变温24℃条件下饲养时的寿命、产卵量及种群参数.结果表明:恒温时酢浆草茹叶螨仅产非滞育卵,变温条件下可产滞育卵和非滞育卵;30℃时成螨的平均寿命最低(14.18 d),雌螨产卵量最高(69.50粒),净生殖率和内禀增长率最大(分别为43.933 3和0.234 9),种群加倍时间最短(2.95 d),平均世代周期最短(16.11 d).说明酢浆草茹叶螨世代周期短、生殖潜能大,在红花酢浆草上易暴发成灾.
