农业科技财政专项资金绩效评价的指标体系——以江苏省农业科技自主创新资金为例

Based on the construction principal of index system,the system for evaluating the performance of independent innovation funding suppoting agricultural science and technology in Jiangsu province on research& innovation projects and demonstration&extension projects were established,which will offer a reference for evaluating the performance of governmental special funding supporting agricultural science development.%以江苏省农业科技自主创新资金为例,从绩效评价指标体系的构建原则出发,具体构建了自主创新资金研究创新类项目和示范推广类项目的评价体系,为农业科技财政专项资金的绩效评价工作提供一定的参考.
