Objective:To strengthen management of high-alert medications, and reduce incidence of drug-related adverse events.Methods:Based on the management model of PDCA cycle, the problems in the management of high-alert medications are addressed;PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) -based double check procedure and mobile nursing dictionary feature are designed to improve the problems including unclear identification of high-alert medications and single check. Results:The improvements resulted in reduced incidence of adverse events in medication nursing. Conclusion:Combined use of PDCA cycle PDA could reduce incidence of adverse events associated with nursing medications, and improve management of high-alert medications, further guaranteeing clinical drug safety.%目的:加强高危药品的管理, 减少用药安全不良事件的发生率.方法:依托PDCA循环管理模式, 对高危药品管理问题进行分析, 设计PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) 的双人核对流程及移动护理字典的功能, 对高危药品辨识不清及单人核对等问题进行了改进.结果:改进后用药护理不良事件发生率下降.结论:PDCA循环与PDA结合使用减少了护理用药不良事件发生, 提升了高危药品管理水平, 保证了临床用药安全.
