基于新施工规范的某大型停车场高支模方案设计及优化

         

摘要

According to the characteristic of large plan size,high section size of level units and much scaffold to put up of the district one and district three of a large parking place,the high formwork project was designed and optimized.The high formwork of third floor of district one utilized the lower built structure to support the whole construction load,so the formwork support was only put up on the third floor,and no unloading formwok support on the first and second floor.The new construction code GB50666-2011 and the code of scaffold with couplers JGJ 130-2011 were used to anlyze the stable bearing capacity of upright tube of the third floor of district one,the structure safety of second floor was also checked,that both results satisfied the command of capacity.The optimal project saved lots of steel tube and project duration,and shows obvious economic benefit.%针对某大型停车场一区和三区的建筑平面尺寸大、水平构件截面高、脚手架搭设量大等特点,对高支模的搭设方案进行了设计和优化。停车场一区3层结构高支模充分利用下部已建2层结构承受施工阶段的全部荷载,即仅在3层设置模板支架,1层和2层均不设卸载支撑。采用新施工规范GB 50666-2011并结合扣件架规范JGJ 130-2011对停车场一区3层结构高支模的立杆稳定性进行了分析,并对2层结构的安全性进行了验算,两者均能满足承载能力要求。此优化方案为本工程了节省了大量的脚手架钢管,并节省了工期,经济效益明显。
