新浇混凝土模板侧压力的测试与计算研究

摘要

对现行模板侧压力计算公式存在的问题和当前施工条件下影响模板侧压力的重要因素进行分析。通过对某工程的墙柱模板侧压力的测试,推导出最大侧压力与浇筑速度的幂函数关系。讨论侧压力受振捣的影响程度及其随时间的变化趋势。考虑浇筑速度,入模温度和外加剂的影响,提出简化的模板侧压力计算公式。%The problems of the existing formula for calculating formwork lateral pressure and the important factors of formwork lateral pressure under the conditions of current construction was proposed in this paper. With the test of formwork lateral pressure by fresh concrete, the influences of casting rate, vibration and time on the development of lateral pressure was presented. Take the casting rate, temperature of cement and admix- tures into consideration, the simplified formula for calculating formwork lateral pressure was given.
