双循环集配汽车入厂物流模式设计

         

摘要

本文以汽车零部件入厂物流模式为研究对象,基于入厂物流、Milk-run、路径优化等相关理论,在Milk-run,JIT供应理论的基础上提出了涵盖集货和配送两部分的双循环集配汽车入厂物流模式,并且从供应链优化角度,为汽车制造商和零配件供应商提出了降低物流成本的双循环集配解决方案。本文提出的双循环集配模式可以为汽车制造企业适应"拉动"式市场,提高企业竞争等方面提供理论和现实依据。%In the logistic system of automobile manufacturing enterprises,the inbound logistics plays an essential important role in assuring the reliable supply of the installation kits used in the production lines.The article takes the inbound logistics model of automobile parts as the object of study.Based on the the theories of milk-run,path optimization,the JIT supply and other theroies,the double milk-run of automotive inbound logistics model which covered the two parts of collection and distribution is put forward.In addition,in order to optimize supply chains for automobile manufacturers and components suppliers,the double milk-run model is proposed to reduce the logistics cost.The double milk-run model raised in the article can provide the theory and pratical foundations for the automobile manufacturers to adapt to the " pull" model market,to improve the competitive capabilities and many other aspects.
