伪满洲国劳动统制政策的演变

摘要

The labor policies of Puppet Manchukuo experienced three periods, namely restricting labor immigration into North China, the period of overall strengthening control and the mandatory solicitation period of “all national labors”. Despite the different characteristics at different periods, the intention of the labor control policies was to serve Japan’s will of aggression and its aggressive war. The evolution of labor control policies was in fact the progress of supporting Japan’s aggressive war, crazily enslaving Chinese labors, robbing war resources, expanding the war areas and accelerating the pace of aggression. The policies obviously showed its periodicity, exploitation and cruelty.%伪满劳动统制政策经历了限制华北劳工入境时期、全面强化统制时期和“国民皆劳”强制征集时期。虽然不同时期、不同阶段呈现出不同的特征，但是劳动统制政策的目的都是服从于日本的侵略意愿，服务于日本的侵略战争。劳工统制政策的演变过程，就是日本帝国主义为支撑其侵略战争，疯狂奴役广大中国劳工、掠夺战争资源的过程，扩大战争范围，加快侵略步伐的过程，具有明显的阶段性、剥削性和残酷性。
