延续护理在眼科出院患者中的应用进展

摘要

Continuing care means that after the patient is discharged from the hospital,the medical staff still maintain a high level of care for the patient through home visit,telephone follow-up,and WeChat followup.Reports in the literature often show extended care for chronic diseases,while there is less relevant content for continuing care of ophthalmic patients,and the methods,operating standards,and clinical control study design of ophthalmic discharge patients are not perfect.This study will systematically review the concept,current status,and application progress of ophthalmic continuum care at home and abroad.%延续性护理是指在患者出院后,医务人员仍通过到家随访、电话随访、微信随访等方式保持对患者进行较高水平的护理.文献报道多见慢性病的延伸护理,而对眼科患者延续护理的相关内容较少,且对眼科出院患者护理的方法、操作标准及临床对照研究设计等方面不是很完善.本研究将对国内外有关眼科延续性护理的概念、现状及应用进展进行系统的综述.
