目的 研究低成本综合干预对动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者心理状况及不良生活方式的影响.方法 采取方便抽样法,选取2017年1月至12月本院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者96例为调查对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,各48例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取低成本综合干预方法.比较两组患者心理状况、不良生活方式及疾病负担情况.结果 采用低成本综合干预后,观察组SAS、SDS得分均低于对照组[(39.02±4.88)比(46.98±6.89)、(40.25±5.09)比(46.77±5.34),均P＜0.05];观察组不良生活方式发生情况明显少于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组医疗费用、住院费用及住院时间均较对照组降低[(2 783.42±592.23)元比(3 870.58±874.45)元、(5 925.45±1 197.61)元比(6 785.26±1 539.55)元、(8.34±2.37)d比(11.71±3.59)d,均P＜0.05];1年内再住院率观察组低于对照组(16.25％比50.00％,P＜0.05).结论 对冠状动脉粥状硬化性疾病患者应用低成本综合干预能改善患者的心理状况和不良生活方式,减轻患者疾病负担.%Objective To study the effects of low-cost comprehensive intervention on mental status and unhealthy lifestyle in patients with atherosclerotic diseases.Methods A total of 96 patients with atherosclerotic diseases who were hospitalized into our hospital from January to December,2017 were continuously selected as respondents by convenience sampling,and were randomly divided into two a control group and an observation group,48 cases for each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group lowcost comprehensive intervention.The psychological status,unhealthy lifestyle and disease burden were compared between the two groups.Results After the low-cost of comprehensive intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS,the medical expense,hospitalization expense,hospitalization time and 1 year readmission rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group [(39.02±4.88) vs.(46.98±6.89),(40.25±5.09) vs.(46.77±5.34),(2 783.42±592.23) yuan vs.(3 870.58±874.45) yuan,(5 925.45±1 197.61) yuan vs.(6 785.26±1 539.55) yuan,(8.34±2.37) d vs.(11.71±3.59) d,and 16.25％ vs.50.00％,all P ＜ 0.05].The rate of unhealthy lifestyle was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The use of low-cost comprehensive intervention in patients with atherosclerotic diseases can improve their mental status and unhealthy lifestyle and reduce the burden of the patients' disease.
