重症患者并发应激性精神障碍的护理效果研究

摘要

目的 探索重症患者并发应激性精神障碍的护理效果.方法 本次实验对象为重症并发应激性精神障碍120例患者(在2017年5月22日至2018年5月22日期间选取),采用计算机分组模式,观察组进行全面性护理干预,共60例,对照组进行常规护理,共60例;随后对比两组SSPI评分、意外事件发生率.结果 观察组护理后1个月SSPI评分为(20.52±1.58)分、护理后2个月为(33.64:± 3.19)分、护理后3个月为(39.74±5.65)分、意外事件发生率为4.00％,均优于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 全面性护理干预在重症并发应激性精神障碍患者中效果显著.%Objective To explore the nursing effect of critically ill patients with severe stress disorder.Methods This study was performed in 120 patients with severe stress disorder between May 22,2017 and May 22,2018.The computerized grouping mode was used to divided them into a control group and an observation group,60 cases for each group.The group observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group were routinely cared.The SSPI scores and accident rates were compared between the two groups.Results,the SSPI scores 1,2,and months after the nursing care as well as the accident rate were (20.52±1.58),(33.64±3.19),(39.74±5.65),and 4.00％ in the observation group,which were better than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective for critically ill patients with stress disorder.
