可逆性后部脑病综合征与妊娠关系的研究进展

可逆性后部脑病综合征(PRES)是一种可逆性神经系统疾病,主要症状为癫痫发作、头痛、视觉障碍、意识障碍或其他局灶性神经系统症状.它由多种原因引起,最终可能导致大脑顶叶和枕叶发生血管源性水肿.在妊娠后PRES的病例研究发现,子痫前期是引起PRES的重要原因之一.但PRES的病因尚不清楚,本文通过介绍近年来关于PRES病因、预防和治疗的研究进展,探讨其与妊娠的相关关系.%Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a reversible neurological entity,characterized by seizure,headaches,visual symptoms,impaired consciousness,and other focal neurological findings.It is caused by a wide variety of causes,and might ultimately lead to a vasogenic cerebral edema of occipital and parietal lobes of the brain.Researchers found that preeclampsia is one of the important cuases of PRES.However,the etiology of PRES is unclear.And this paper aims to explore the relationship between PRES and pregnancy by introducing the causes,prevention,and treatment of PRES.
