Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with Guilu Bushen pills on symptom improvement and serum sex hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (PDUB) of kidney-yang deficiency type. Methods 86 patients with PDUB treated at our hospital from April 2016 to February, 2018 were selected, and were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method, with 43 cases for each group. The control group were treated with mifepristone; in addition, the observation group were treated with Bushen Tiaochong decoction and Guilu Bushen pills. The incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically analyzed; and the TCM symptom scores and serum sex hormone levels [progesterone (P), luteinizing hormone (LH), etc.], and changes in follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estrogen (E2) were compared with those of the patients with mild limbs, nocturia, frequent apathy, waist and knee acidity before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the scores of mental wilting, limbs without temperature, nocturia frequency, and waist and knee pain were (0.87±0.24), (0.76±0.21), (0.64±0.20), and (0.76±0.34) in the observation group, and were (1.85±0.52), (1.57±0.34), (1.08±0.37), and (1.06±0.43) in the control group. After the treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, P, and E2 were (4.79±1.54) IU/L, (4.24±1.26) IU/L, (6.38±1.35) nmol/L, and (171.06±14.66) pmol/L in the observation group, and were (7.26±1.72) IU/L, (6.61±1.46) IU/L, (9.82±1.87) nmol/L, and (268.25±18.46) pmol/L in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.33％ (1/43) in the observation group, and was 11.63％ (5/43) in the control group, with a statistical difference (χ 2=2.867, P=0.090). Conclusion Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with Guilu Bushen pills in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type PDUB can significantly improve the patients' symptoms and reduce serum sex hormone levels.%目的 探讨补肾调冲汤联合龟鹿补肾丸对肾阳虚型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(PDUB)患者症状改善及血清性激素水平的影响.方法 选取2016年4月至2018年2月本院治疗的86例PDUB患者,依据随机数表法分为两组,各43例.对照组予以米非司酮治疗,观察组在此基础上给予补肾调冲汤联合龟鹿补肾丸治疗.统计两组不良反应发生情况,并对比治疗前后四肢不温、夜尿频多、精神萎靡、腰膝酸软等中医症状积分及血清性激素水平[孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)]变化.结果 治疗后,观察组精神萎靡、四肢不温、夜尿频多、腰膝酸软积分分别为(0.87±0.24)分、(0.76±0.21)分、(0.64±0.20)分、(0.76±0.34)分,均低于对照组(1.85±0.52)分、(1.57±0.34)分、(1.08±0.37)分、(1.06±0.43)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FSH、LH、P、E2水平分别为(4.79±1.54)IU/L、(4.24±1.26)IU/L、(6.38±1.35)nmol/L、(171.06±14.66)pmol/L,均低于对照组(7.26±1.72)IU/L、(6.61±1.46)IU/L、(9.82±1.87)nmol/L、(268.25±18.46)pmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率2.33％(1/43),与对照组11.63％(5/43)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.867,P=0.090).结论 补肾调冲汤与龟鹿补肾丸联合治疗肾阳虚型PDUB,可明显改善患者症状,并降低血清性激素水平.
