药理学学科建设在学校加快内涵发展背景下的几点思考

Discipline construction is a dynamic process in which it enriches and perfects itself in response to the changing situation.Combined with the primary task and characterstics of discipline construction in teaching-research universities,this paper will expound the significance of sustainable development of discipline construction for universities and colleges,and put forward the effective path and strategy for in sustainable development of discipline construction for teaching-research universities with respect to drawing up a program,choosing discipline subjects,strengthening scientific researches,culturing echelons of qualified personnel,constructing discipline bases,and assessment and management.%学科建设是学校为应对教育形势的变化而不断补充、完善自我的动态过程.结合教学研究型大学的主要任务及其学科建设特点,阐述了学科建设可持续发展在高校发展中的意义,从规划制定、方向凝练、科学研究、梯队培养、基地建设、评估与管理等方面探讨了实现教学研究型大学学科建设可持续发展的有效途径和对策.
