心理干预对肾癌患者心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理干预对肾癌患者心理状态的影响.方法 对42例肾癌患者进行心理状态调查,根据测评结果 实施有针对性的心理与行为方式干预措施,比较干预前后患者心理健康状况.结果 心理干预后,除偏执症状外,患者的强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、惊恐、精神病性等维度评分均低于干预前,比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 心理干预对肾癌患者负性心理状态有明显改善作用.%Objective To explore the effects of mental intervention on patients with kidney cancer.Methods The psychological statuses of 42 patients with kidney cancer were investigated.According to the results from psychometric evaluation to patients,different mental and behavior intervention measures were taken.Patients' mental health states before and after intervention were compared.Results Beside paranoid symptom,there were statistically differences in compel symptom,interpersonal sensitiveness,depression,hostility,panic and psychopathic nature of patients before and after mental interventian(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mental intervention could improve significantly negative psychological statuses of patients with kidney cancer.
